Problem with Etutor DVD

sir i am facing problem in installing etutor DVD. whenever i click on GATEFORUM icom i got the message save error report and e mail it to Gateforum.

Hi,
Please do the following:

Please make sure you are logged into your computer as an Administrator or your user account has Administrator access.
Right click on eTutor desktop icon and select Properties.
On the Properties window, click on Compatibility tab. Select the Checkbox “Run this program as Administrator”. Click on Apply and Ok.
If the above does not work, please send us an email with the report attached to support@gateforum.com
